BB99 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and BB99 ("we", "us", "our", "BB99"). By accessing, registering with or using any part of the BB99 platform at bb99.life, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or continue using the BB99 platform. Continued use of BB99 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and, where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

2. Eligibility

To open and use a BB99 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BB99 strictly prohibits use by minors. We may request proof of age at any time and will suspend any account where underage use is suspected pending verification.
• You must be using BB99 for your own personal, recreational use. Opening an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• You must not already hold another active BB99 account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must not be self-excluded from BB99 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or use.
• You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration and keep your account details up to date at all times.

BB99 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation including government-issued identity documents, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to pass verification may be suspended or closed.

3. Your BB99 Account

3.1 Registration

You may register a free BB99 account using your Pakistani mobile number. You will be required to complete a verification step during registration. By submitting your registration details, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and truthful. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BB99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. BB99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your BB99 account, you must contact our support team immediately.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one BB99 account. If you are found to operate more than one account — whether under the same name or different names — BB99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any bets or bonus claims made through them. Any remaining balances on duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your BB99 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending bets will be settled in the normal course before closure. BB99 may close your account with reasonable notice in circumstances where we determine continued service is not appropriate, or immediately in the event of a breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

BB99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. BB99 does not accept payment through methods not listed here. Attempts to deposit via unsupported channels will not be credited to your account.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit to activate your BB99 account is Rs 100. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. These limits are displayed at the time of transaction. BB99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

BB99 processes withdrawal requests within 10–15 minutes under normal operating conditions for accounts that have completed standard verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible. BB99 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above standard thresholds.

4.4 Deposit Ownership

You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. BB99 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment account belonging to a third party, the deposit may be reversed and the associated account reviewed.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed through BB99 are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing the selection, odds and stake displayed on your BB99 bet slip before confirming any wager. BB99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet. The minimum bet on any single selection at BB99 is Rs 50.

5.2 Odds

All odds displayed on BB99 are in decimal format and priced in Pakistani Rupees. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that bet. BB99 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors — where a bet has been placed on an odds price that is clearly erroneous, BB99 may void or settle the bet at the correct price at its discretion.

5.3 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the governing body or official data provider. BB99 will settle bets as quickly as possible following the conclusion of an event, typically within minutes of the final result. In cases of dispute or ambiguity regarding a result, BB99 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation.

5.4 Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned before completion, or is postponed and does not restart within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to players' BB99 wallets. 5.5 Maximum Payout

BB99 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day by sport and market type. These limits are displayed on the relevant market. Bets where the potential payout exceeds the applicable limit will be automatically capped at that limit at the time of placement. BB99 reserves the right to limit the stakes of any player on any market at its discretion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

BB99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as displayed on the BB99 promotions page, in addition to the general bonus terms set out here.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New BB99 players who make their first deposit may be eligible for the BB99 100% welcome bonus up to the stated maximum. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit amount stated in the offer. Welcome bonus funds are credited as bonus funds — they are not immediately withdrawable and must be wagered the required number of times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements attached to all BB99 bonuses must be completed within the stated time period. Bets placed on sports markets at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection contribute at 100% towards the wagering requirement. Bets placed below minimum odds, or on markets explicitly excluded from bonus wagering, do not contribute. Accumulators where each leg meets the minimum odds requirement qualify at 100% per leg.

6.3 Accumulator Bonus

BB99's accumulator bonus applies to qualifying bet slips containing five or more selections at minimum odds of 1.50 per leg. If all legs win, BB99 credits an automatic bonus percentage on top of the normal accumulator payout. The bonus percentage scales with the number of legs, reaching up to 100% for qualifying slips with the maximum number of eligible legs. The accumulator bonus is paid as real money funds, not bonus funds, and is not subject to additional wagering requirements.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

BB99 actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies designed specifically to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated play with other accounts — will have bonuses cancelled and may have their account suspended. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is made solely at BB99's discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming

BB99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal hardship. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, available directly through your BB99 account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your BB99 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but betting is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from BB99. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the requested duration.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on BB99. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, bet voidance and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with BB99 other than through normal manual user activity.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit errors in odds, game outcomes or settlement processes.
• Placing bets on events where you have access to material non-public information that could provide an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to exploit promotions, bonuses or markets.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment details to deposit funds.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction connected to illegal activity through BB99.
• Providing false information at registration or during any verification process.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing BB99 staff or other players through any communication channel.

BB99 reserves the right to share information about suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering with relevant authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement requests in accordance with applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, text, software, interfaces and other materials on the BB99 platform — including the BB99 name, logo and branding — are the exclusive property of BB99 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use BB99's platform for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any part of BB99's intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

BB99 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or entirely secure at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BB99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

BB99 shall not be liable for any failure to provide services or process bets that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including technical failures, network outages, payment processor downtime or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits BB99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Privacy and Data

BB99 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, verification, payment processing and platform use. How we collect, use, store and protect your personal data is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

By registering with BB99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our support team, though withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to use certain parts of the platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

BB99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes through the BB99 platform or by email to the address associated with your account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of BB99 following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
