BB99 account locks happen for three main reasons: multiple failed login attempts (temporary, lifts after 30 minutes), a pending KYC verification request, or a security review triggered by unusual account activity. If a cricket or football match is abandoned before the official result is determined — for example, due to rain or venue issues — BB99 voids all bets on that match and returns stakes to your wallet.
